I believe this chapter to be critical reading for all Americans and this is why I am posting it here. It documents what happened during the change in administrations in 2000 and how the Bush administration ignored the warnings handed to them before the terrorist attacks on September 11, 2001. I will not try here to theorize what their motive was or how these mistakes were made. That will be for others. Only time will tell.
